Speed & Strength for Sport

6 Week Session: September 13 - October 22


Mon / Wed / Thurs

5:00 - 6:00 PM



This program is designed with two main goals in mind. First, the goal is to work on each individual student's speed. Lateral quickness, and reaction time are key to any athlete's success. Secondly, through our weight training we aim to add strength to each individual athlete. Our process is a proven system that dates back over a decade. We have honed it to really target on what players need to focus on. This system is sure to make you a stronger, more explosive, confident athlete. No matter what sport it is that you play.
