SPRING 22: HS Training Camp | AXIS Conditioning and Hoops
Axis Conditioning and Hoops has training, teams, clinics and programs for boys and girls where we teach all players the fundamentals of the game of basketball, focusing on the development of team concepts and ideals, as well as individuals.
Our March High School Players Training Camp is for those players who want to keep their momentum going from the High School Season. The session will be 4 weeks long, starting as soon as the high school season ends. This will also be a great way to stay in shape before AAU tournaments start up in the spring. Wherever you are in your high school rotation: role player, bench, starter, star, whatever it may be -- this program will be sure to make you a better player. We will spend half of each session working in the weightroom on strength, agility, and functional basketball movements. Join us for the 4 week training camp, and LET'S GET BETTER!!!
