FALL 21: Complete Player | AXIS Conditioning and Hoops
Axis Conditioning and Hoops has training, teams, clinics and programs for boys and girls where we teach all players the fundamentals of the game of basketball, focusing on the development of team concepts and ideals, as well as individuals.
Our Fall 21 Skills & Drills is a six week long program geared specifically toward developing your game. The way basketball is going nowadays, it is more important than ever to be able to do a little bit of everything: defend, handle, pass, shoot, score!! Our 90 minute workout will feature 40-45 minutes working on strength, agility, and speed, focusing on basketball movements. On the court we will focus on different aspects of the game depending on the day: scoring, shooting, passing, ball handling, rebounding, defense, plus much more. Our trainers have all played at the college level, and know what it takes to make it to the next level.
