Learn to Shoot Program

Our Learn to Shoot Program is a comprehensive shooting program that offers two levels depending on player ability. All players regardless of age should participate in the "Level 1" Shooters Program. After the 2nd week of the program, coaches will move the more advanced level shooters to the "Sharp Shooters" class.  The sessions will be led by Kevin Barboza (1,400 collegiate point scorer) and Colin Halpin.

Level 1 Shooters: This class is designed to teach players how to shoot using proper form and mechanics. Coaches will use the B.E.E.F technique as a foundation of teaching along with proper footwork. Once players have mastered this technique, coaches will add more challenging drill and shooting games. Players will be able to advance to the Sharp Shooters section.

Level 2 Sharp Shooters: The Sharp Shooters program is designed to teach players more advanced moves. Coaches will reinforce proper shooting mechanics and the move to more difficult skills: quick release drills, moves off the dribble. Each player will shoot a minimum of 300 shots per two-hour class!!

It is important to note that shooting is a skill acquired by a repetition. Players at either level can repeat as many sessions as they would like to attend!
